We are medical doctors first defined by our Christian faith—lovers of Jesus with a deep passion for the things of the Spirit. Our faith is the foundation of our lives, shaping not only how we practice medicine but also how we engage with the world around us. We live by the principles of Scripture, allowing our convictions to guide our professional and personal lives.
Our Mission
Doctors in Ministry is a movement for medical professionals who have a strong faith in God and a passion for His kingdom. We seek to:
- To create a global network of Christian doctors committed to practising medicine with Kingdom purpose.
- Support one another in balancing faith, medicine, and personal growth.
- Engage the world through media, sharing wisdom and insight on issues that affect the spirit, soul, and body; providing faith-based discussions on medicine, ministry, and personal development.
- Organise impactful events, including success seminars, academic workshops, and leadership programs that equip and inspire the next generation; also create scholarship opportunities for young people that are both need-based and merit-based.
- To encourage and mentor the next generation of Christian doctors to integrate their faith into their medical careers.
OUR CONVICTIONS!
Exodus 31 teaches us that God's anointing is not limited to preaching, healing the sick, or casting out demons—it also empowers us to carry out our daily work with excellence and divine wisdom. As medical professionals, we are called to bless the world through the knowledge and skills we have been given. We believe that this vision is God's assignment for us—to use our profession as a tool for ministry, touching lives, and leading people to Christ.
