Doctors in Ministry is led by faith-filled medical professionals and Kingdom builders, united by one vision and one calling. Our work flows from a Board of Trustees that holds the mission in trust, and a Leadership Team that runs the day to day. Both groups serve the same purpose, that the wisdom God has placed in doctors belongs to the whole world.
Doctors in Ministry is built on a clear conviction. We do not separate our calling to medicine from our calling to ministry. The same God called us to both, and the same standard of excellence applies to both.
We live and serve from a personal walk with Jesus Christ, not from religious duty. Faith is the soil everything else grows from.
Whatever we do for the Kingdom, we do at the same standard we bring to medicine. Diligent, evidenced, and unhurried in care.
We exist to equip professionals to fulfil their God-given assignment in the world. Medicine, ministry, and mandate are one calling.
Our team is organised in two groups. The Board of Trustees holds the strategic direction and governance of Doctors in Ministry. The Leadership Team carries the day to day work of podcast, mentorship, missions, media and community. Click either card below to meet the people in each group.
